June 14, 1983 by Elektra Records. Baselines is a rubbery suite of jazz-funk for brass,
wind, synthesisers, percussion, and Bill’s spacey, wobbly bass guitar, all produced
dubstyle! Baselines is reissued by Tiger Bay.
